Effective May 22, 2026: The legal entity operating the Brookhaven Performance brand is Brookhaven Farms LLC. References below to the operating company refer to Brookhaven Farms LLC. Prior versions of this policy used the legal name "Brookhaven Performance LLC."

Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship from our fulfillment partners in the United States to the following destinations:

  • United States , all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
  • International , Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

If you don't see your country at checkout, we currently can't ship there. We're expanding regularly, drop us a note at performance@brookhavenfarms.net if you'd like us to prioritize your market.

2. Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll get a tracking email the moment your label is created.

During product launches, sale periods, or holiday weeks, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We'll post a notice at the top of the site if there's a longer-than-usual delay.

3. Shipping Options & Cost

A. United States

U.S. orders are offered two service levels at checkout, priced by package weight:

  • Standard , typically delivered in 2-4 business days after the package leaves our warehouse.
  • Economy , typically delivered in 5-8 business days after the package leaves our warehouse.

Exact rates are calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

B. Free Shipping on Your First Order

First-time U.S. customers receive complimentary Economy shipping on their first order. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code required. To qualify, the order must:

  • Ship to a U.S. address;
  • Be the first order placed using your email address; and
  • Use the Economy service level. (You can still upgrade to Standard at checkout, you'll be charged the difference.)

If your first order is a subscription, the free-shipping discount applies only to the initial shipment. Subsequent recurring or prepaid renewals are charged shipping at standard rates. The offer cannot be combined with other shipping promotions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without affecting orders already placed.

C. International

International rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on the carrier, weight, and destination. Typical delivery is 7-14 business days after the package leaves our warehouse, depending on customs processing in the destination country.

4. Tracking

You'll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you create an account at checkout you can also see tracking from your account page. International tracking detail varies by carrier and country and may go quiet during customs handoff, that's normal.

5. Delivery Estimates Are Estimates

The transit times above reflect what carriers typically deliver. They are not guarantees. Brookhaven is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, regional outages, or events outside our control. Once we hand a package to the carrier, transit timing is in their hands, not ours, though we'll do everything we can to help if something goes wrong.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. If we cannot reach you within 30 days, we will refund the order minus original shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Marked delivered but not received: Wait 24-48 hours, carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before the actual drop-off. Then check with neighbors and household members. If it still hasn't shown up, file a claim with the carrier and email us at performance@brookhavenfarms.net. We'll help you work it through and, in most cases, send a replacement.

Damaged in transit: Email performance@brookhavenfarms.net within 14 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Stolen from porch / package theft: File a police report and a carrier claim. We'll review case-by-case, we are not obligated to replace stolen packages, but we frequently do for first-time orders.

8. International Customs, Duties & Restrictions

For international orders, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout and are collected by the carrier or by your local customs authority before delivery.

Dietary supplements and animal-derived ingredients (including bovine organ tissue) are restricted or prohibited in some countries. You are responsible for confirming that our products can be lawfully imported into your country before placing an order. If a package is seized, refused, or returned by customs, we are not able to refund the cost of the product or shipping. We may, in our discretion, offer store credit.

9. Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders ship on the schedule you selected (see Terms of Service §9). You'll receive a tracking email for each shipment in the same way as a one-time order. You can change your shipping address, pause, skip, or cancel any time through your customer portal.

10. PO Boxes & Freight Forwarders

We ship to U.S. PO boxes for domestic orders. We do not ship internationally to freight forwarders or third-party export consolidators, orders flagged as such may be cancelled and refunded.
