Effective May 22, 2026: The legal entity operating the Brookhaven Performance brand is Brookhaven Farms LLC. References below to the operating company refer to Brookhaven Farms LLC. Prior versions of this policy used the legal name "Brookhaven Performance LLC."

Refund Policy

1. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Brookhaven stands behind every product we make. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from brookhavensupplements.com, you may request a refund within 90 days of the delivery date. This applies to one-time purchases and to subscription shipments alike, subject to the rules below.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email performance@brookhavenfarms.net with:

  • Your order number (starts with #BH)
  • The name on the order
  • A brief reason, we read every one and use the feedback to improve our products. You don't need to justify the request.

We will confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days of approval.

3. You Don't Need to Return the Product

If we approve your refund, you are not required to ship the product back. Use the rest of the bottle, give it to a friend, or dispose of it responsibly. We're confident enough in our supplements that we'd rather earn another shot than charge you return shipping.

Exceptions where we may ask for return or proof: damaged or defective product (so we can investigate the lot), wrong item shipped, or any case where we have a reasonable basis to believe the request is fraudulent.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, has a broken seal, or you suspect a defect, email performance@brookhavenfarms.net within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will offer a replacement at no charge, a refund, or store credit, your choice. Damaged or defective product claims do not count against the 90-day window.

5. Wrong Item Shipped

If we ship the wrong item, email us within 14 days. We'll send the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the original (or, in many cases, ask you to keep it).

6. Subscriptions

A. Monthly recurring

You may request a refund on the most recent shipment within 90 days of its delivery, under the same terms above. Cancelling the subscription itself takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (see Terms of Service §9) and is separate from any refund request.

B. 3-month prepaid

If you cancel a 3-month prepaid term, you remain entitled to all three shipments in that term. If you wish to refund a prepaid term, you may use the 90-day money-back guarantee on the first prepaid term per product per customer; refund of subsequent prepaid renewals is at our discretion. See Terms of Service §9 for full prepaid mechanics.

7. Limit Per Customer

The 90-day money-back guarantee is intended to let you try our products risk-free. We honor it once per product per customer (across accounts, addresses, and payment methods). If you have refunded a product previously and re-order it, future refund requests for that same product are at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline refunds and to terminate accounts that we determine in good faith are using the guarantee in an abusive or fraudulent pattern.

8. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we issue the refund:

  • Most cards post within 5-10 business days.
  • Some banks may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • For payments made by gift card, store credit, or buy-now-pay-later providers, we refund through the same channel and are bound by their settlement timing.

If a refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll trace it.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a refund question, please reach us first, we resolve nearly every issue without a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks (where the customer received the product, did not contact us, and disputed the charge) may result in account termination and may be reported to the payment network.

10. Orders Not Made Through brookhavensupplements.com

If you purchased Brookhaven products through a retailer, marketplace (such as Amazon), gym, or other channel, refunds are governed by that channel's policy and must be requested directly from them. We do not refund third-party-channel purchases.

11. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale, retail-partner, and B2B orders are governed by a separate written agreement. The 90-day money-back guarantee does not apply. For wholesale refund or quality questions, email performance@brookhavenfarms.net.

12. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we have a reasonable basis to believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, made in connection with a pattern of refund harvesting, or relates to product that has been resold, materially altered, or destroyed in a manner inconsistent with normal personal use.
