The Science
Not just a testosterone booster. A complete mitochondrial + hormonal restoration system built on ancestral nutrition and clinical-dose adaptogens.
Your body is running on empty
Fatigue. Brain fog. Low testosterone. Poor recovery. These aren't random problems, they're all rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction and hormonal imbalance.
The modern diet has stripped away the nutrients your body was designed to run on. Organ meats, the most nutrient-dense foods on Earth, have disappeared from our plates. The result? Your cellular engines are starving.
Ancestral nutrition meets modern science
Total Men's Package was designed to restore energy and vitality at the cellular level by combining what your ancestors ate daily with clinically-dosed adaptogens and critical nutrients. Every ingredient targets a specific symptom, and solves it at the root.
Mitochondrial Axis
Your mitochondria are the power plants of every cell. When they fail, everything fails, energy, cognition, recovery, performance. Our organ complex + mineral stack directly fuels the electron transport chain, Krebs cycle, and ATP production.
Hormonal Axis
Testosterone doesn't work in isolation. It requires SHBG modulation, cortisol suppression, androgen receptor activation, and raw building blocks from cholesterol and hormone precursors. Our adaptogen + vitamin stack attacks all four pathways.
Organ Complex
The "lost nutrition" of the modern diet. Four organ meats (liver, heart, kidney and testicle) in one 2,000mg blend that fuels energy, recovery, and male hormone pathways simultaneously. This is what your great-grandparents ate, and why they didn't need testosterone clinics.
Beef Liver
An excellent source of vitamin A, B12, riboflavin and copper. Riboflavin and copper are cofactors in the electron transport chain (ETC), supporting mitochondrial ATP output.
The most nutrient-dense food on Earth. One serving delivers more bioavailable vitamins than a handful of synthetic pills ever could.
Beef Heart
High in CoQ10 and carnitine, which directly fuel mitochondria. CoQ10 moves electrons through the ETC; carnitine shuttles fatty acids into mitochondria for burning.
Your heart beats 100,000 times a day. Heart tissue is one of the richest food sources of CoQ10, a molecule your cells use to make energy.
Beef Kidney
An excellent source of vitamin B12, riboflavin, copper and iron, nutrients that support normal energy metabolism.
Your kidneys filter 200 liters of blood daily. Kidney tissue delivers the enzymes and minerals that keep your internal filtration system sharp.
Clinical-Dose Adaptogens
Not pixie-dust doses. Not proprietary blends hiding weak formulas. Every adaptogen is standardized to its active compound and dosed individually on the label.
The Testosterone Liberation Stack
Most "T-boosters" throw a single ingredient at a complex problem. Total Men's Package attacks testosterone from four angles simultaneously: SHBG reduction (Tongkat Ali + Boron), cortisol suppression (Ashwagandha), androgen receptor activation (Fenugreek), and raw building blocks (Organ Complex + D3 + Zinc).
Tongkat Ali
In a 4-week placebo-controlled study of moderately stressed adults, a standardized tongkat ali root extract lowered salivary cortisol and raised salivary testosterone.
The same study found better mood-state scores (less tension, anger and confusion). This isn't a weak powder, it's a 100:1 concentrated extract.
Shilajit
Its main active compounds are fulvic acid and dibenzo-alpha-pyrones, which act as carriers for other nutrients. In a rat model of chronic fatigue, shilajit protected mitochondrial enzyme activity.
Mitochondria are the cornerstone of cellular energy. Human research on shilajit and energy is still early; what we can control is consistency, so ours is standardized to 20% fulvic acid.
Fenugreek
In an 8-week trial in men on a supervised resistance-training program, a fenugreek seed glycoside extract (300mg twice daily) showed significant anabolic and androgenic effects and reduced body fat versus placebo. That study used a different fenugreek extract at a higher daily amount than this formula's 400mg.
It was studied alongside real lifting, the setting most men who train care about.
Ashwagandha
Standardized to 5% withanolides. In a 60-day placebo-controlled trial in chronically stressed adults, a high-concentration root extract (300mg twice daily) lowered serum cortisol and stress-scale scores. That study used a root extract at twice this formula's 300mg whole-herb amount.
Cortisol is testosterone's worst enemy. Ashwagandha neutralizes it at the source, letting your natural hormone production run unblocked.
Vitamins & Minerals
The cofactors, catalysts, and ignition keys that make everything else work. Without these, your organs and adaptogens have nowhere to plug in.
Vitamin D3
In a 1-year placebo-controlled trial in overweight, vitamin D-deficient men, 3,332 IU of vitamin D daily raised total, bioactive and free testosterone. This formula provides 2,000 IU.
Low vitamin D is strongly correlated with low energy and poor male hormone health.
Vitamin K1 & K2
K1 and K2 regulate calcium placement. K2 activates osteocalcin, which binds calcium into bone, and matrix Gla protein, which helps keep calcium out of blood vessel walls.
Vitamin K is the difference between calcium building your bones or clogging your arteries.
Boron
In a small study of healthy men, 10mg a day lowered SHBG and inflammatory markers within hours, and raised free testosterone after one week. Boron deprivation studies also link it to calcium, magnesium and copper metabolism.
That study used 10mg of boron a day for one week in eight healthy men, the same 10mg this formula uses.
Zinc
Cofactor in over 300 enzymes, many operating in mitochondria. Absolutely required for testosterone synthesis and sperm quality.
Restricting dietary zinc lowered serum testosterone in young men, and zinc supplementation raised it in marginally deficient older men. Zinc is also central to immune function.
Magnesium
Every molecule of ATP must be bound to magnesium to be biologically active. Cofactor in mitochondrial enzymes that run the Krebs cycle and electron transport chain.
No magnesium = no usable energy. Period.
Copper
Cofactor for cytochrome c oxidase, the last enzyme in the ETC, without copper, ATP production stalls. Supports collagen and elastin for vascular resilience.
Copper ensures the last step of energy production works correctly. Without it, your mitochondria hit a dead end.
TMP vs everyone else
Every vitamin, mineral and botanical is dosed individually on the label. The four beef organs are listed together as one 2,000mg organ blend; the per-organ split is not printed. You know exactly what you're putting in your body.

This isn't a testosterone booster
It's a complete mitochondrial + hormonal restoration system. Every ingredient was chosen to target specific symptoms men feel daily, from fatigue and brain fog to low libido and poor recovery, and to solve them at the root: the mitochondria and hormonal axis.
